Create an Account & Log In

Get started in just a few minutes — it's free to register.

Creating a New Account

    Click "Register" in the top-right corner

    You'll find the blue Register button in the navigation bar at the top of any page.

    Fill in your details
    • First and Last Name
    • Email address — this will be your login username
    • Password — pick something you'll remember
    • Confirm your password

    Click "Create Account"

    You're in! You'll be logged in automatically and taken to the home page.


Logging Back In

    Click "Login" in the top-right corner
  • 2
    Enter your email and password

    Check "Remember Me" if you don't want to type your credentials every time.

    Click "Log In" and you're good to go!
💡 Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your email right away.

Search Documents

The quickest way to find a document by name or instrument number.

  • 1
    Go to the Home page

    Click the site logo or "Home" in the navigation menu.

  • 2
    Type into the search fields
    • Full Name — the person or business on the document
    • Instrument Number — the unique document ID

    You don't have to fill in both — either one works on its own.

    Optionally set a date range

    Use the "Filed From" and "Filed To" date pickers to narrow down results by filing date.

    Click "Search"

    Results will appear in the table below. Click any row to view that document.

🌟 Pro Tip — Wildcard Searching

Use the asterisk (*) to search for partial names. Think of * as "fill in the blank."

Party Search

Search by individual, business, or party type across all indexed documents.

    Navigate to Search → Party Search

    Find "Search" in the top navigation and select "Party Search" from the dropdown.

    Enter the person or business details
    • First Name — individual's first name
    • Last Name — individual's last name
    • Business Name — company or organization name

    Fill in one or more fields — leave the rest blank.

    Choose a Search Mode

    Normal

    Standard search. Use wildcards (*) for flexible matching.

    🎵

    Soundex

    Finds names that sound like what you typed. Great for phonetic searches — "Smyth" finds "Smith."

    🔁

    Fuzzy

    Finds close matches even with typos. "Jonhson" still finds "Johnson."

    Optionally filter by Party Type or Instrument Type

    Use the dropdowns to narrow results to a specific role (e.g., Grantor, Grantee) or document type.

    Click "Search"

    Your results appear below. Click any row to open the document.

💡 Not sure of the spelling? Try Soundex or Fuzzy mode — they're designed exactly for this! You can also type Sm*th in Normal mode to match Smith, Smyth, and Smythe at once.

View Documents

Open, browse, and review documents right in your browser.

    Find your document using any search method

    Use Document Search, Party Search, or Advanced Search.

    Click on a result row or the "View" icon

    The document opens in the built-in PDF viewer — no downloads needed.

    Navigate through the document
    • Use the page arrows to move forward and back
    • Use the zoom controls to get a closer look
    • Scroll up and down to read the full page
  • 4
    Review document details on the same page

    Filing date, instrument number, parties, document type, and more are all shown alongside the viewer.

Adding Pages to Your Cart

Select the pages you want and add them to your cart for purchase.

    Open any document you'd like to purchase

    Use any search to find it, then click on it to open the document viewer.

    Click "Add to Cart"

    You'll find this button near the document details. This adds the full document to your cart.

    Keep browsing and adding more documents

    There's no limit — add as many documents as you need before you check out.

    Check the cart icon in the top navigation

    A badge will show you how many items are in your cart. Click it to review before purchasing.

    Remove items if needed

    Inside the cart, click the trash icon next to any item you want to remove.

📌 Note: You must be logged in to add items to your cart. If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in first.

Preview Your Order & Checkout

Review what's in your cart, then complete your purchase in just a few clicks.

    Click the cart icon in the top navigation

    Or navigate to your cart from the menu. You'll see every item you've added.

    Review your cart
    • Check the document names and page counts
    • Remove anything you don't want
    • Confirm the total looks right
  • 3
    Click "Preview Order"

    This gives you one last look at everything before payment. You'll see an itemized breakdown of what you're purchasing.

    Click "Proceed to Checkout"

    Enter your payment information on the secure checkout page.

    Complete your payment and confirm

    Once payment is processed, you'll see a confirmation screen. Your documents are now available for download in "My Orders."

💡 All done? You'll receive a confirmation with your order details. Head over to "My Orders" anytime to access your purchased documents.

Retrieve Your Orders

Access your purchase history and re-download documents anytime.

    Click your name in the top-right corner

    This opens your account menu.

  • 2
    Select "My Orders"

    You'll see a list of all your past purchases, sorted by date — newest first.

    Find the order you're looking for

    Each order shows the date, order number, and total amount paid.

  • 4
    Click "View Details" on any order

    You'll see a full itemized list of every document in that order.

  • 5
    Click any document to view or download it

    Your purchased documents are always available here — no expiration!

📌 Good to know: Your order history is tied to your account. As long as you're logged in, you can access your documents from any device, anytime.
